Terms of Service

LearnPath is an educational study tool for students. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to misuse the service — for example by attempting to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it to submit unlawful or harmful content.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use LearnPath with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

LearnPath offers a free plan with limited usage and a Premium plan with expanded access, billed at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Both Premium options include the same features. Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your Profile. When you cancel, Premium remains active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew afterwards.

Web payments are processed by Stripe, and purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple. We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; any change to your recurring price applies to future billing periods. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

You are responsible for how you use LearnPath's output, including for schoolwork. Follow your school's rules on acceptable help and academic honesty. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is harmful, abusive, or violates someone's privacy.

Answers, explanations, lessons, quizzes and coaching in LearnPath are generated by AI. AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect, and should always be reviewed before you rely on it. LearnPath is a study aid, not a substitute for your teacher, textbook, or your own understanding.

The LearnPath name, app, design and software belong to LearnPath. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us permission to process it in order to operate the service and provide your results, progress and recommendations.

We aim to keep LearnPath available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party providers.

You may stop using LearnPath and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if the service is being misused. If your access ends, any active Premium period may end with it.

LearnPath is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee particular grades, learning outcomes, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LearnPath. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LearnPath is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms as LearnPath changes. When we do, we will update this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
